Two recipients of an earlier email took me to task on the Cain issue. I reported that Herman Cain was the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. He was not. Cain was a member of the Board of Directors, and then became Chairman of the Board. The Board reports to the President of the Bank.
